Milo Strength and Performance started in 2022 after a friend of mine approached me to write a training plan for him. On our phone call he perfectly captured the intent for our flagship program; “I have a gym membership, I know how to do all the lifts and movements, I could come up with a training plan, but I’d rather not have to deal with the hassle. Just tell me to what to do to keep me active, healthy, and somewhat athletic while I work and raise my family.” His succinct request became the basis for Perseus - the program for the busy parent or harried professional that wants to hit the gym hard, but also play hard outside of the gym and stay active.
Milo S&P is for anyone that wants to take their workouts seriously so they can have more fun in the rest of their life. If you pay attention to details and want to develop athletic movement patterns for life then this is the place for you!
